COOKIES POLICY

Cookie notice

We may occasionally use alphanumeric identifiers (“cookies”) which are transferred to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser to enable our system to recognise your browser when you use the Website and to monitor traffic patterns. Our Website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our Website. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our Website and also allows us to improve our Website. You may modify your web browser to prevent it from accepting new cookies, to notify you when a cookie is received or to disable cookies entirely.  Doing so, however, may prevent you from enjoying certain features of our Website.

We use the following cookies:

  • Strictly necessary cookies. These are cookies that are required for the operation of our website. These essential cookies are always enabled because our website won’t work properly without them. They include, for example, cookies that enable you to log into secure areas of our website, use a shopping cart or make use of e-billing services. You can switch off these cookies in your browser settings but you may then not be able to access all or parts of our website.

  • Analytical or performance cookies. These allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around our website when they are using it. This helps us to improve the way our website works, for example, by ensuring that users are finding what they are looking for easily.

  • Functionality cookies. These are used to recognise you when you return to our website. This enables us to personalise our content for you, greet you by name and remember your preferences (for example, your choice of language or region).

  • Targeting cookies. These cookies record your visit to our website, the pages you have visited and the links you have followed. We will use this information to make our website and the advertising displayed on it more relevant to your interests. We may also share this information with third parties for this purpose so that they can serve you with relevant advertising on their websites.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”) also places cookies on your computer, to enable Google to provide us with activity reports relating to the Sites. Google uses this data only to provide us with information on how users use the Sites and does not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. The information generated by Google cookies about your use of the platform (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

Google Maps

We use Google Maps on our Find Us page to provide detailed information on how to locate us. Google Maps stores up to four cookies: khcookie, NID, SNID and PREF. We use Google's interactive maps because we believe they provide a helpful way for our visitors to identify how best to reach us.

We use the Google Maps tools on the basis that Google adheres to its privacy policy which can be found here https://policies.google.com/privacy and its terms of service for Google Maps.

This website also uses Google Tag Manager. This service allows website tags to be managed via an interface. Tags are small elements of code that are used, for example, to measure traffic and visitor behaviour. Google Tag Manager only implements tags. This means that no cookies are used and, as a result, no personal data is recorded. Google Tag Manager initiates other tags which, in turn, may record data. However, Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If deactivation has been performed at a domain or cookie level, this remains in place for all tracking tags if these are implemented with Google Tag Manager.
