Hush Presents: 'A Mare!' with Malfy Gin

Our dreams of sunbathing on the Italian coast this Summer may currently be swinging in the balance, but for a taste of ‘la dolce vita’ a little closer to home, look no further than Hush in Mayfair, whose iconic courtyard will be setting sail ‘A Mare’ (‘To the Sea!’) with a glorious Amalfi inspired takeover in partnership with Malfy Gin.

Taking inspiration from Amalfi’s dramatic coastline and lemon-scented groves, the Hush courtyard will be bedecked with twinkling storm lanterns, crisp white drapes and a spectacular lemon and vine canopy fit for the chicest of beach clubs.

For the true ‘Talented Mr Ripley’ fantasy, our 'A Mare' cocktails take their cue from Malfy’s citrus infused gins and are light, easy drinking concoctions perfect for kicking off an evening or enjoying long into the night. The Sunbed Reviver shakes up a classic Corpse Reviver with Malfy Con Limone, Lillet Blanc, Cointreau, limoncello, lemon and a dash of absinthe, whilst the Sunset Sbagliato brings a blood orange kick to the traditional negroni-with-a-twist, with Malfy Con Arancia, Campari, prosecco and dry vermouth. Prefer something a little fruitier? The Positano Passion is a golden medley of Malfy Original, Italicus, amaretto, pineapple, passion fruit and lemon, whilst the Frosé Italiano, a blended pink haze of Malfy Rosa, Aperol, rose wine, hibiscus syrup, strawberry, lemon and grapefruit, is a drink we would gladly drink all season long. Finally, for a lighter and more elegant take on the Aperol Spritz, take a sip of the Hugo Spritz, with Malfy Con Limone, elderflower, peach liqueur, lemon and mint leaves, topped with prosecco – it’s the drink the real Italians are drinking.

Hush Presents: ‘A Mare’ with Malfy Gin is unveiled on the 12th April, when Hush grandly reopens with one of the best outdoor dining spaces in London. Get your taste of Amalfi (and Malfy Gin) from the 12th April until the 4th July.
