Embrace the very essence of the Mediterranean with our Capri & Tonic; which combines Gin Mare Capri, Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic and orange bitters, topped with freshly plucked rosemary and olives to garnish.
Or toast to 'golden hour' with a couple of Sunset Sour's; featuring Gin Mare, infused with clementine liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon, and the subtle sweetness of rosemary-infused honey, paired with orange bitters, vegan egg white, mandarin leaf perfume and sprinkled with edible flowers!
